The bike is wonderful - my son loves it!We are more frustrated with the company because we were missing 3 washers used to attach the trick posts(we rec'd one) and we are still waiting to get them.We've called 4x and just today were told that these parts weren't needed and that they did not have them in stock b/c the bike is new.We DO need these washers and feel the company should provide them.So the bike is GREAT but the company definitely needs some work with their customer service.Click Here to see more reviews about: Razor Quick Spin Freestly Bike (20 Inch Wheels)
